Essential functions include : to perform multiple clerical functions and to support receiving office; to process backhauls; to log new backhaul drop tickets; to copy Purchase Orders and enter current days on-hand quantities; to close-out completed backhauls; to verify receivers entries against drop tickets; to note discrepancies and verify with supervisor; to complete and enter Purchase Orders item quantities into inventory; and to enter completed backhauls on daily report. Candidate qualifications : high school diploma; must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including basic Word and basic Excel; knowledge of Lotus Notes; good communication skills
1st shift; weekend work and overtime are required.
The starting pay rate for this position is $19.04 / hr and will be commensurate with experience as well as internal equity
