Description Of Duties
- Implements Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes
- Works across organizational and cultural boundaries, building coalitions, and overcoming challenges to satisfy mission requirements
- Supports authorizing cloud services resulting in authority to operate from the Navy authorizing official
- Required:
- Current Project Management Professional certification
- Minimum five (5) years' cybersecurity leadership with experience managing teams of cybersecurity professionals with a focus on information system governance and authorization
- Minimum three (3) years' experience executing information system authorizations resulting in authority to operate under the Navy's Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization process
- Minimum three (3) years' experience as a project manager with demonstrated capability to deliver products on schedule, within budget, and of the required quality
- Experience managing incident response, network monitoring, and information system audits
- Experience managing cyber workforce qualifications to comply with relevant policy
- Work location is in Port Hueneme, CA
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Desired:
