Description Of Duties
- Provides senior-level expertise in providing 24x7 Help Desk as a Service, Network Monitoring, Ticket Escalation Integration, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Rollback Support and Future Studies
- Provides senior-level expertise in the following domains: U.S Air Force (USAF) tactical networks, USAF help desk services, network monitoring, infrastructure configuration management, and emerging technologies
- 5 years of experience in USAF processes, networks and technologies and providing operational support to the Government
- Must possess any relevant certification to be compliant with DOD Directive 8140.01 and DoD Instruction 8570.01
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess a current and valid TS/SCI security clearance
- The primary place of performance is located within Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California
