Description Of Duties
- Leads a team of experts providing 24x7 Help Desk as a Service, Network Monitoring, Ticket Escalation Integration, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Rollback Support and Future Studies
- Provides program management and staffing resources necessary to plan, manage, direct, control, and report on all activities contributing to contractual requirements
- 8 years of experience in program/project management
- Must possess an industry standard project management certification such as PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable
- Must possess any relevant certification to be compliant with DOD Directive 8140.01 and DoD Instruction 8570.01
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess a current and valid TS/SCI (eligible for SAP/SAR) security clearance
- The primary place of performance is located within Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California
