Stopwatch Urgent Care in Troy is hiring an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver fast, patient‑first care with a schedule built for real work‑life balance.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Treat 3–4 patients per hour, all ages

• Order & interpret on‑site X‑ray and rapid labs (flu, strep, UA, COVID)

• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage

• Perform employment and DOT physicals once credentialed

Must‑Haves

• Active Alabama FNP or PA‑C license

• 2 years of urgent‑care, emergency‑medicine, or primary‑care experience

• FMCSA DOT Medical Examiner cert or willingness to complete it within six weeks of hire (training cost & exam fee covered)

• Current BLS & ACLS (we’ll help renew)

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly: $60 – $70 (exact rate set by experience, clinic volume, and location)

• Schedule: Three shifts one week, four the next—77 hours across two weeks

• Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM

• Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
