First Choice Metals is currently searching for a Sales Representative. This position is full-time operating out of the New Boston, TX area. We offer paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and more. The Sales Rep. is responsible for using their knowledge of company products to connect with consumers and generate sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job description

• Recognize and follow up on prospective clients.
• Create and maintain client relationships.
• Evaluate, establish goals and manage overall performance of the region.
• Handle negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Provide support for clients in your region.
• Travel to visit customers regularly to build relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the metal industry.
• Experience in the metal roll forming industry is a plus!
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus!
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Must be independent, self-motivated, and ambitious.

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred but not required)
