Client Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our dynamic team. Storage In Motion is a Refrigerated Trailer Rental and Sales business with operations in six states. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving rental and sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Lead technical sales efforts, presenting product offerings and demonstrating their value to clients.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
• Develop and utilize a CRM system for tracking client interactions, sales progress, and reporting on key metrics.
• Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
• Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.

Experience

• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within a rental and/or equipment sales environment.
• Strong background in business development with a focus on analyzing market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability in technical sales, showcasing products effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in developing and using CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
