Full-time Customer Service Representative
About us
Storage Master in Columbus, GA is a family-owned Storage facility that provides great storage space in a safe and secure gated facility. We provide a Penske Truck Leasing Agency, and a United States Contract Postal Unit as a convenience to our loyal customers.
Storage Master in Columbus, Georgia is looking to fill this FULL TIME position immediately. We are continuously moving and evolving, all while thriving to give the best customer service around. This position is not limited to Storage Rentals, Penske Leasing, and Serving our Postal customers. At times, you will be expected to do some general cleaning throughout our facility, and grounds keeping to help maintain the facility. Ability to multi-task is a must. Detailed training will be provided, so we ask for serious, long-term applicants only. You must be able to report to work on time each day. Will need to have a flexible schedule, and dependable transportation.
*Must be able to work Saturdays* Closed on Sunday! Business Hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30, Saturdays 8:30-3:00pm
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
1. Ability to multi-task
2. Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
3. Ability to count and handle money
4. Excellent phone and customer service skills
5. Ability to pass a background check/drug test.
