Maintenance/Janitorial Worker

Storage Master is looking for a full-time, energetic Maintenance/Janitorial worker who takes pride in their work. We are looking to hire a qualified applicant immediately to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. On call availability is a plus in the rare event that an emergency arises. Must be dependable and trustworthy. Able to work with little direction. Capable of maintaining a clean and safe environment while completing all tasks. Our facility is highly favored by our customers, and friends alike. We want to keep that perspective. You are a great asset to keeping our customers happy and maintaining such a wonderful atmosphere. Job duties will include but are not limited to keeping empty units tidy, keeping grounds clean of debris, sweep/mop/shine floors throughout facility to include office areas, keep trash cans/shredder emptied daily, maintain restrooms by cleaning/sanitizing throughout each day and replenish supplies as needed, keep facility sanitized and smelling fresh, change air filters, replace light bulbs/ballasts, cut locks when necessary, spray pesticides upon each tenant move-out, wash windows and dust unit doors throughout the facility, spray weeds and pressure wash as needed, and make small maintenance repairs when the need arises.

Must be able to rotate between our 2 facilities in Dothan, AL.

• Must have Valid Driver License
• Must have your own transportation
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must have physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks to include standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time
• Small maintenance experience required and janitorial experience desired
• References required
