Part Time Self Storage Manager

We are a self storage company that is looking for an awesome person to join our team! We need someone with amazing customer service skills!!!! We are looking for someone who has the empathy to deal with customers in difficult transitions of life, the grit to get the job done even when it's hard, and the right mindset to get things done. We need someone who isn't afraid to do projects, and likes to keep busy.

25-30 hours/week

Generally speaking hours are between 9-5 M-F, on call in case of emergencies

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning property (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Light maintenance
• Assist with finding & managing vendors
• Answering phones
• Guiding customers through selecting the correct unit size for their needs
• Showing customers around the property
• Processing electronic payments
• Providing excellent customer service
• Being a basic grown-up

• The position requires you to work alone.
• This position requires you to work between two properties (Zelienople and Portersville)
