What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Storage Star?
We are looking for a Store Manager to float between our Grantsville and Park City locations. As a Storage Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the storage facility, focusing on business success, security, and maintenance. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing reports, finances, staff, facility maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include adhering to procedures, maximizing occupancy, and handling emergency procedures effectively. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO), 9 paid holidays, and Medical and Dental coverage. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no evening or early morning shifts required.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Prior experience in storage or customer service is preferred
- Supervisory experience in restaurant or retail environments is encouraged
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk storage facilities and travel regularly
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Ability to use manual and power tools for property maintenance and lock cutting

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
