- Handling immediate maintenance and the janitorial needs of the assigned facility
- Daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.)
- Cutting locks
- Painting
- Light handyman work
- Latch installations
- Flood remediation
- Snow removal
- Corner guard repair
- Patching walls
