Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.
We have a need for a Regional Manager!
This position is located in the KC Metro Area and requires travel between properties within the region. This region will include up to 10-12 separate locations; as we grow, more locations may be added. This position is not remote-eligible due to the travel requirement.
Our Regional Managers have oversight of a number of stores with the primary responsibility for ensuring business success!
In addition to ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:
Multi-unit/location experience in retail, hospitality, self-storage or equivalent experience is required: at least 2 years of work experience. We would prefer a bachelor’s degree but any combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation package includes: base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 (commensurate with experience, etc.), bonus potential, company car, laptop, and cell phone.
