Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving, processing, and packing packages for courier shipments, operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices, and assisting with other retail products and services, including Notary Public Service. The ideal candidate would be willing to work with their team to help facilitate day-to-day operations of the store and expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services and exhibit confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.

We offer extensive on-the-job training to help teach all associates the skills and knowledge to expand their professional portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in their pack and ship options.
• Provide customers with mailbox, mail forwarding, drop offs, returns solutions.
• Provide notarization service to the customers
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing adjustments as necessary.
• Provide print design solutions to the customers
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the store's operating hours.
• Proficient in Basic Math Skills
• Currently enrolled in High School

Job Type: Part Time

Expected hours: 10 -20 hrs per week
