As a Customer Service Representative for Store Here Self Storage, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service:
Assist customers with renting units, processing payments, answering questions, and solving problems.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Tenant File Management:
Maintain accurate tenant files using computer systems provided.
Prepare and mail weekly, monthly, and other requested reports.
Collection and Revenue:
Collect rent, fees, and other monies owed to the business.
Process and initiate collection services in accordance with policy and federal and state law.
Facility Upkeep:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage facilities.
Promote and accurately track marketing programs and outside tracking services as prescribed by the employer.
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is required. Proficient telephone skills are critical. The candidate must be able to work weekends and be a team player. Apartment, hotel, or storage experience is helpful but not necessary. Strong computer skills are a plus. A pre-employment background check will be conducted, and a valid driver's license is required.
