**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Relief Manager to join our team at StoreRight Self Storage in Haines City, FL. As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our facility, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This position requires flexibility and the ability to step in for the Property Manager during their absence.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including rental transactions, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the facility, including operating gates, surveillance systems, and performing regular property inspections.
- Conduct unit inspections and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are adequately stocked.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and maintaining effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and operational efficiency.
- Assist with moving and setting up storage units as needed, including light maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or property management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes and items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, to cover shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus.
