Full time 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Primary Job Duties
- Assist customers on the phone, through email, and on Live Chat
- Prepare and Follow up on Customer Quote and Sample Requests
- Manage and develop existing client portfolio
- Email & make outbound calls to potential & existing customers to sell our product
- This is an entry-level position with a concentration on inside sales in a phone handling environment.
Skills
- Two-year Associates degree OR two years of college
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- 2-3 years in a sales environment
- Good typing skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good time management skills
