Assistant Manager - STORExpress - Warren, OH
Assistant Manager should be extremely friendly and like to work with the public.
Highly detail-oriented, has strong communication and customer service skills, a love for learning; an ability to utilize technology for customers and office use.
Job Duties: Working with customers one on one, scheduling appointments, answering/making phone calls ( delinquency, taking payments, follow ups), data entry; physically showing tenants where to go, truck rentals, account handling, & filing.
Requirements: Customer Service Experience (1 year min.).
Must be able to use Outlook & Word.
Account Handling; Helping with Customers experience and knowledge.
Computer savvy; Technologically inclined.
Must be able to correspond with Manager(s)and maintenance staff.
Must be reliable along with reliable transportation.
Must be able to answer phones and file.
Friendly, with a great smile.
Outgoing Personality.
Committed.
