Assistant Property Manager at our McKees Rocks Location.
We are looking for a professional to join our self-storage team ! The Assistant Property Manager should be friendly and enjoy working with the public. They should be highly detail-oriented, with strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling new and current customer appointments,
- Answering incoming calls
- Make outgoing calls
- Data entry
- Physically showing tenants where to go
- Truck rentals
- Property audits daily (include walking the property/light cleaning/sweeping/dusting)
- Monthly reports
- Any additional duties that may arise
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience (1 year min.)
Must be able to use Outlook, Word and Sitelink
Computer savvy
Must be able to correspond with Manager(s)and maintenance staff
Must be reliable
Must have reliable transportation and drivers license
Must be able to answer phones
Friendly, with a great smile
