Property Manager - Ambridge
STORExpress is seeking to hire a Property Manager at our Ambridge location. We are growing extremely fast, and need dedicated career oriented team members!
Property Managers should be extremely friendly and like to work with the public, highly detail-oriented, has strong communication and customer service skills, a love for learning; a professional to join our self-storage team!
Job Duties: Working with customers one on one, scheduling appointments, answering/making phone calls, data entry; physically showing tenants where to go, truck rentals, account handling, & filing.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience (2 years min.)
Must be able to use Outlook & Word
Computer savvy
Must be able to correspond with Manager(s)and maintenance staff
Any Sales/Marketing Background would be a but NOT required
Must be able to work with all age groups
Must be reliable along with being able to have reliable transportation
Must be able to answer phones and file
Friendly, with a great smile
Outgoing Personality
Committed
Willing to work at another property while this property is under construction
