STORExpress is a self-storage company seeking to for the position:
Janitor Light Maintenance
We are looking for someone with:
Basic Janitorial Cleaning, Ability to run a scrubber
Light maintenance abilities (light bulb changing, handy man skills, replace latch/lock, paint touch ups, door handle replacement)
Friendly
Creates a positive environment with customers when interacting with them
Can take direction well
Communicate with Manager
Snow Removal (salting with spreader, snow blower )
Spring - (cut grass, weed whack etc..)
Requirements:
Must have valid DL
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
A Great Attitude
Hourly - Paid Training - 401K - Full Benefits Package ( dental, vision, health) - PTO - Vacation
Schedule 30 Hours weekly - Flexible schedule
STARTS AT $17.00 AND UP BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
