Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and a strong understanding of fence installation processes. This role involves working on-site to build, assemble, and install different types of fencing, ensuring quality and durability while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications.
- Build and assemble fence panels using appropriate materials.
- Install concrete footings and perform concrete forming and finishing as needed.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely to cut, weld, and shape materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks during installation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields, with a focus on fence installation preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, hardscape, frame carpentry, and welding techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and moving materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
