Lead Supervisors are needed for a photography/sales business located at Gaylord Texan during the holiday season. We are seeking someone who is sales driven, energetic and has experience with high volume. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Open availability is a plus.
The Lead Supervisor should be a self-motivated and results-driven leader, who can direct and manage our organization's business activities. Duties for the Lead Supervisor will include photographing the guest(s), selling product, enforcing policies, monitoring and motivating staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Lead Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Working in the business as a photographer/sales associate
- Managing payroll costs daily.
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Training line-level staff.
- Driving Sales and Improving revenue.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
