Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and play.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure consistent care practices across the facility.
Skills
