Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to students is a plus.
- Knowledge of math concepts suitable for young learners is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
