Role Overview: Our Warehouse Operations Team is at the heart of Stork Exchange’s mission. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in preparing baby gear for resale, ensuring products meet our strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include receiving and shipping, order fulfillment, product inspection, and light cleaning and refurbishing.

Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of inventory
- Log new inventory to into the system, categorize products, and prepare them for inspection
- Carefully assess returned and overstock items for quality, missing parts, and resale readiness
- Sanitize, clean, and perform minor repairs to ensure items meet resale standards
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Ensure timely and secure shipping and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient workplace and uphold operational excellence

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work from our warehouse located in south Charlotte
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with baby products a plus
