Essential Job Functions

In addition, teammates may be eligible for 10 to 20 days of vacation (depending on tenure), 5 days ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year). Hourly rate $18-$21 per hour.

Essential Job Functions
- Receive orders from office, pull product to fill orders, package and ship out to customers.
- Assist in receiving, moving, checking, and storing incoming product.
- Delivery and product pick-ups
- Check and inspect product for accurate quantity, type, labeling, etc.
- Pick, package, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Ensure fulfillment accuracy to original customer purchase order and specifics.
- Prepack and special handling needs for larger customers.
- Assist in all aspects of the warehouse, helping maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
- Move, organize, and transfer inventory.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter - able to work independently and also a team player
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to work day hours Monday through Friday
- Able to work seasonal overtime as needed (coming in early and/or staying late, coming in on weekends)
- Reliable and dependable
