Job Description :
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Gutter Crew Members to join our team at Storm Guard. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in installing and maintaining high-quality gutter systems for our clients, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional job every time.
Responsibilities :
- Roof Inspection : Inspect clients' roofs to prepare them for gutter installation, assessing any potential obstacles.
- Gutter Preparation : Use hand and power tools to prepare gutters and related components for installation.
- Installation : Accurately install gutters on clients' roofs with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Maintenance and Repair : Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Safety Compliance : Follow job site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Paperwork Management : Submit paperwork regularly to facilitate timely client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service : Interact with clients courteously and professionally to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
- Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Travel Requirements : Travel to client locations as required for installations and service calls.
- Precision : Measure accurately to guarantee proper fit and alignment for each installation.
- Weather Readiness : Be prepared to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safe practices.
- Experience in gutter installation or construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to work on roofs safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
- Physical ability to lift materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions
