Job Summary
- Generate Leads through referrals and reviews.
- Inspect Properties and meet with insurance adjusters.
- Close Sales on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects (residential and commercial).
- Educate Homeowners on exterior restoration solutions.
- Maintain Relationships with customers and third parties.
- Use Technology to manage customer data, feedback, and reviews.
- 3 Years of Sales Experience: Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
- Personable & Organized: Build relationships and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable on Roofs: Not afraid of heights!
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Self-Starter: Motivated and ready to go the extra mile.
- Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to explain complex ideas simply.
- Attention to Detail: Always focused on quality and precision.
