Position Summary:
As the Director of Marketing, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and the sales team to drive brand awareness, optimize lead generation, and develop compelling campaigns that fuel growth. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build and scale a marketing department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Drive high-quality leads through digital and traditional channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, direct mail, local events, etc.)
- Oversee branding, messaging, and creative direction across all platforms
- Manage and mentor our in-house Digital Marketer, setting goals and guiding day-to-day prioritiesTrack performance metrics and ROI to continuously optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on messaging
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing budget
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the department grows
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in home services, roofing, construction, or a sales-focused business preferred
- Proven success with lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO platforms, CRMs)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
