Job Description:
- We provide comprehensive training for new hires, building their skills from the ground up, while experienced professionals can seamlessly integrate into our system. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn and follow our proven sales methods.
- Willingness and ability to safely climb and inspect roofs to assess conditions, gather information and provide accurate evaluations as needed for the role
- Make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers, providing key updates and information regarding their roofing claims or repairs.
- Ability to independently generate leads
- Act as SRA’s professional point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective communication through phone, email, and other channels.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our roofing products and services to better understand and address customer needs during interactions.
- Accurately document each customer interaction according to company and department guidelines.
- Promptly follow up with both current and potential customers, ensuring timely responses and ongoing communication.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in every interaction, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
- Exhibit patience and empathy during customer communications, ensuring all concerns are addressed with care.
- Consistently communicate clearly and professionally with both internal team members and external customers across all forms of communication.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in sales/willingness to learn
- Ability to conduct cold calls and/or door-knock
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, offering opportunities for high income based on performance

**Our office is located in Merriam, KS. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.**
