Job Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections on aging and storm affected roofs.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Create beneficial customer relationships while generating new leads to increase revenue.
- Managing the sales process and setting proper expectations for the restoration process, including collecting insurance deductibles and overseeing the building phase.
- Check in with previous clients to ensure work was completed to satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Able to generate own leads via networking, door to door canvassing, social media outreach, etc..
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Must be "coachable" and comfortable with constructive criticism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Comfortable with door knocking in various neighborhoods.
- Must be able to climb ladders and get on roofs of all shapes and sizes.
- Elite organizational skills.
**Our office is located in Merriam, KS. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.**
