Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Test and repair electronic/electrical systems, including circuits and components.
- Perform calibrations and functional testing following approved procedures.
- Maintain and update electrical/electronic schematics as changes occur.
- Use and maintain various electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and meggers.
- Handle multiple assignments, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Key Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; a 2-year degree in Electronics preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on electronic troubleshooting and repair.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in solid-state circuitry and electrical schematics.
- Strong soldering and mechanical skills.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Flexibility: Available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to wear a respirator.
