Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing actionable insights to executive leadership to guide decision-making.
• Cost Management & Efficiency: Drive cost-control initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, while ensuring the accuracy of production and inventory cost tracking.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, create financial forecasts, and monitor variances to optimize resource allocation and achieve corporate goals.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain robust internal controls, safeguarding the integrity of financial data and assets.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead a high-performing team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
