A Typical Day:
- Create and follow a plan to find and connect with new clients.

- Keep up a steady pace of sales activity to reach your goals.

- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Customize and explain insurance options to encourage sales.
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing advice and support.
- Organize and track leads, activities, and sales in an electronic system.
- Grow your professional network through referrals and attending community events.
- Stay informed about industry developments and take part in training sessions.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of success in business-to-business sales.
- Familiarity with commercial and personal insurance products and services.
- Experience using CRM software to manage records.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Self-motivation and the drive to meet sales targets.
- Property and Casualty License
