Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Follow up on all pending permit application requirements for permit submittal.
- Follow up on all pending HOA application requirements for HOA submittal.
- Track permit process, pay permit fees and track until issuance is received.
- Follow up on all open inspections utilizing the inspection report.
- Work directly with client to process inspections with municipality,
- Confirm all scheduled inspections with clients 24hrs prior to inspection date.
- Follow up on status of scheduled inspections and update results in Acumatica.
- Complete call back warranty service for failed inspections

Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability in all Microsoft office programs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a positive manner with other associates within cell areas and develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and disciplines.
- Initiative-taking, sense of urgency, personable, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
- Ability to show competency with filing permits in a timely manner with minimal rejections.
- Knowledge on municipality process and requirements
- Able to complete HOA approvals in a timely manner.
- Competency in completing assigned task with each project to stay in the contract period.
- Showing knowledge and understanding of in-house systems.
- Able to complete contract admin task for one municipality.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- One to three years of office experience.
- One to two years of experience in permitting documentation process.
- One to two years in Inspection scheduling.
