Our Company is growing and is seeking a motivated and experienced District Representative / Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. This position must enjoy working with people and maintaining relationships with clients. The District Representative (Contract Manager) develops and maintains customer relationships while serving as the liaison between Municipal Utility District (MUD) clients and the company. This position maintains open communication internally with the company, and externally with directors, engineers, attorneys, and other relevant MUD personnel. The District Representative must possess exceptional professional communication skills that will foster strategic and effective communication with MUDs/clients. Preferably have some background in the municipal industry, be able to read engineering plans, experience presenting, and/or construction background with drainage facilities. Looking for previous industry/drainage facility experience.

Responsibilities
- Attend and coordinate Municipal Utility District (MUD) meetings as the representative of The Company.
- Prepare meeting reports and other correspondence based on information received from team members.
- Track project leads from start to finish, detail oriented, be able to prioritize and multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
- Develop and ensure a good working relationship with all levels of employees within The Company.
- Complete site visits and field inspections to maintain understanding of MUD facilities, and effectively communicate with clients
- Develop and ensure a good working relationship with all levels of employees within the company, including educating team members when asked.
- Exhibit strong customer service to clients and key personnel to maintain continued client satisfaction, including addressing client concerns and ability to resolve issues.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility of clients, use independent judgment, personal integrity, and work professionally with others.
- Desire to tackle new challenges or assignments at manager’s request.
- Perform other duties as needed and as observed by Company’s policies and manager’s request.

- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for email, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them in the day to day operations.
- Must be able to lift or move 50 or more pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre- employment screening, which also includes a drug screen and a Motor Vehicle Report.
