Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform that is hiring a FX/Rates Advisory Solutions Associate to support its capital markets and derivatives business. This is a high-impact role working directly with private equity, corporate, and other non-bank clients on FX and interest rate hedging strategies.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to identify risk exposures and implement hedging strategies
- Price, analyze, and execute FX and interest rate derivatives
- Drive execution processes with clients and banking partners
- Support all aspects of client engagement—from onboarding and reporting to post-trade support
- Collaborate on platform enhancements and test new features
- Create market updates and educational content
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience with derivatives at a bank, fintech, or private equity firm
- Hands-on experience with FX derivatives; interest rate or cross-currency experience is a plus
- Familiarity with XVA and derivatives-related transaction charges
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and derivatives pricing tools
