πŸ’° Compensation: $65,000 Base $35,000 Commission ($100,000 OTE)

Daily Duties:

  • Execute outreach activities daily targeting decision makers.
  • Evaluate inbound leads.
  • Set up meetings weekly for conversion.
  • Generate outbound leads for conversion.
  • Participate in client calls, document key takeaways, and handle follow-up communications to maintain engagement.
  • Advance deal chances through consistent communication.
  • Enhance BDR motion.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce quality work efficiently and independently.
  • Proven experience in a cold outbound prospecting role at a SaaS Fintech, showcasing strong lead-generation skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance, particularly debt capital, through academic, professional, or personal exposure.
  • Adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and prioritize the evolving needs of a high-growth organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
