- 5 years of experience in customer experience, membership services, or VIP client management, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or luxury services.
- Proven track record of leading customer service teams in a high-touch, call center, or concierge-like environment.
- Strong background in process optimization, service automation, and workflow design to enhance efficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive service excellence.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and an understanding of their service expectations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer service software, and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and streamline membership service operations for efficiency.
- Develop and implement VIP service processes for high-touch clients.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing membership services team.
