What You'll Do
- Define and execute a partnership strategy focused on major software providers, incorporation services, and financial institutions.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships, with an emphasis on multi-million-dollar agreements.
- Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations to foster long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partner needs with our platform capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end partnership execution, ensuring a smooth launch and sustainable growth.
- Develop scalable processes to optimize partnership onboarding, management, and performance tracking.
- Present strategic business cases to internal leadership and prospective partners.
- Represent the company at key industry events and forums to expand our partner network.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
What Weβre Looking For
- 8 years of experience in business development, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar strategic role.
- Demonstrated success in structuring and closing high-value partnership deals.
- Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of financial services and B2B partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to craft agreements that drive mutual success.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex partnership implementations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 - $160,000, plus variable compensation and equity.
- Salary may vary based on experience, location, and company needs.
