Since our launch, we've partnered with leading institutions to deliver financial products designed for the modern startup ecosystem.Qualifications : 5 years of experience in brand design, preferably within fintech or high-growth tech startups.Proven ability to develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy from the ground up.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams.A robust portfolio showcasing a range of branding and visual design projects.Previous senior art director or senior designer in an agency or in-house environment.Ability to thrive in a startup setting : We're looking for someone who is comfortable building design systems from scratch and can thrive without pre-established guidelines.Strong self-starter mindset : You will work with a rogue contractor and need a "grown-up" designer who can navigate and execute independently without rigid structures.Responsibilities : Establish and develop the company’s visual identity : Create a comprehensive brand style guide encompassing logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.Design marketing and promotional materials : Develop compelling visuals for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and events.
