We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to be part of a renowned biotech company focused on pioneering next-generation cell therapies for cancer treatment. Our mission is to develop more durable and precise cell therapies. This hybrid position is located in South San Francisco.
Compensation :
Base Salary : $200K - $260K depending on experience
Performance-based bonus structure
Key Qualifications :
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioinformatics with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
OR a Master’s Degree with 12 years of experience in a related field.
Experience with single-cell sequencing data is highly desirable.
Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python and familiarity with contemporary deep learning libraries.
Experience in Linux-based cloud computing environments.
Your Responsibilities :
Design and implement innovative ML architectures that utilize large single-cell datasets for drug discovery and development.
Collaborate with experimental scientists to refine data processing and generation strategies aimed at enhancing model performance for targeted applications.
Engage in publishing and presenting research findings at academic conferences.
