I am partnered with the fastest-growing telemedicine provider across the United States, who have grown by 100% YoY over the past three years. This start-up is VC backed and on a mission to bring quality, delightful primary care to everyone on the planet.
They are looking for a SVP of Human Resources to lead the people and culture function, report directly to the CEO and support this company in their hyper-growth stage.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the Senior Leadership team and employees to provide HR guidance and direction to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Oversee all aspects of People and Culture Operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and scale the company’s compensation model and benefits programs, including salary negotiations, benefits administration and performance management.
- Manage employee relations including handling employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
- Lead and mentor the People and Culture team to ensure high performance and employee
