Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of battery management circuits for Li-Ion batteries, covering all aspects from concept to production.
- Work on voltage and temperature sensing, signal management, and related battery management technologies.
- Develop contractor control strategies, state of charge algorithms, and other key battery management systems (BMS) concepts.
- Ensure all designs meet functional safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the design and reliability of Li-Ion battery management systems.
