Are you a finance leader with deep expertise in capital markets, project finance, and tax equity structures within the clean energy sector?
We are currently working with fast-growing clean energy company who are now seeking a Head of Finance, with a clear path to CFO, to lead capital planning, fundraising, and financial strategy as they scale. With huge financial backing, they're now looking for their first Finance executive to ensure their rapid growth plans come to fruition.
You Will:
- Own capital planning, equity & debt raises, tax equity financing, and ITC monetization to support the company’s rapid growth.
- Develop and execute structured finance solutions, ensuring efficient capital allocation and long-term value creation.
- Oversee FP&A, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management, laying the groundwork for a scalable finance function.
- Work closely with banks, institutional investors, and capital markets partners to secure financing and structure deals.
- Operate as both a finance leader and individual contributor, with the ability to step into a future CFO role as the team expands.
You Must Have:
- Prior Residential solar & storage financing experience
- A background in institutional investing or project finance
- Deep capital markets expertise – raising and structuring debt, equity, and tax equity
- Experience with project finance, ITC monetization, structured lending
- Ability to own and execute finance strategy as both a leader and an individual contributor
