I'm currently partnered with a company that has over 20 years of experience reducing maintenance costs including HVAC, Automation, Electrical, Security and Utilities. With SMART Systems on the rise, they are currently looking to expand their SMART engineering team with a Sr BAS Engineer.
Responsibilities 🔨:
- Extensive knowledge of Building Automation Systems
- Experience with Niagara 4, Honeywell Spyders, Honeywell Optimizers, and Distech Controls
- Ability to obtain a security clearance/security background
- 5 years of experience in HVAC, Building Automation, or control systems
- Strong communication skills and cultural fit
Requirements📑:
- 5 years in BAS, HVAC, or control systems
- Experience programming and integrating Niagara 4, Honeywell Spyders/Optimizers, and Distech
- Knowledge of BAS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and networking principles
- Ability to travel full-time to project sites across multiple states
- Security clearance eligibility
