They are seeking a visionary VP of Embedded Engineering to lead their embedded systems team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for their advanced battery storage systems. You will drive technical excellence while building and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver products that redefine the energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded, firmware and electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the design and development of embedded software for battery management, power electronics, and system integration.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for embedded systems to align with business objectives and market needs.
- Work closely with hardware, systems, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware solutions.
