Our client are a growing player in the Digital Advertising and Connected TV (CTV) space, with a hands on and dynamic leadership team. The company is positioned for significant growth, and are looking for a revenue leader to take them to the next level.
The Role
Seeking an experienced SVP of Sales to join the leadership team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to C-suite, focused on building and scaling the revenue operations and sales team. This is an on-site role based in Nashville, Tennessee, requiring 5 days per week in office (open to relocation).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies growing revenue from $5M to $25M
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align go-to-market strategies
- Establish and optimize sales processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Participate in executive leadership team decisions and company strategy
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team building in B2B sales
- Previous experience as CRO, SVP Sales, or similar revenue leadership role
- Experience in CTV, digital advertising, or related technology sectors
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work full-time from our Nashville office (5 days per week)
