Our client is seeking a dynamic financial expert to oversee and guide the financial operations of key PEO business units. This role combines analytical prowess with strategic insight to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support critical projects.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, recommending actions to meet performance targets and enhance reporting metrics.
- Assess financial implications of business initiatives, including pricing strategies, product launches, and partnerships.
- Spearhead the Operating Plan process, aligning financial goals with company objectives.
- Manage sales and financial forecasts, ensuring accurate representation in Financial Forecasts.
- Review monthly financials, working with Corporate Accounting to address variances and ensure accurate transaction capture.
- Evaluate acquisition prospects and new product opportunities, focusing on revenue and margin potential.
- Analyze ROI for strategic initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and professional growth.
- Oversee capital and operating budgets, control expenses, and manage interdepartmental financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 10 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis.
- 8 years of experience in Management experience
- Experience in a PEO business
